We threw in the towel on this POS and just purchased a full XP license to run under VMWare to host it.
I am getting there, trust me:) I can't believe support! Just useless. Their forums are filled with equally upset people, but one of the list members has contacted me and hopefully I can see what he did right!
Its working for him.
