I had to change .sock to .socket in my mc. I didn't notice that difference. :(

In my sendmail.mc I've this:
INPUT_MAIL_FILTER(`clamav-milter',`S=local:/var/run/clamav/clamav- milter.sock,F=, T=S:4m;R:4m;E:10m')
and found very well ;-)
