Everything we've needed to run runs just fine. Our main apps on that workstation are AVS/EXPRESS (x86_64) and Hyperworks (i386). We also run a number of x86_64 compute nodes, mainly for Matlab (both i386 and x86_64) and LS-DYNA (x86_64).
