Does anyone have any "security appliance" DVR, and can you a) telnet or b) ssh into it?
Also, I have read that on a lot of the low-end ones, like Swann, port 9000 is completely open, but it's not clear to me from the hack post http://console-cowboys.blogspot.com/2013/01/swann-song-dvr-insecurity.html whether I could ssh in there, or rsync from a server through that port.
