You could create a file in /etc/cron.d, say /etc/cron.d/awstats, with the following contents:
*/15 * * * * root /usr/local/awstats/wwwroot/cgi-bin/awstats.pl -config=xxx.com -update */15 * * * * root /usr/local/awstats/wwwroot/cgi-bin/awstats.pl -config=yyy.com -update
