Haven't found that one in CentOS, you should be able to drop it.
FontPath "/usr/X11R7/lib/X11/fonts/misc/" FontPath "/usr/X11R7/lib/X11/fonts/Type1/" FontPath "/usr/X11R7/lib/X11/fonts/TTF/"
Fonts are in /usr/share/X11/fonts on CentOS, but CentOS uses a font server, so drop those lines and add:
FontPath "unix/:7100"
