I see it just fine. Do I need to install the kernel from the plus repos as well?

yum --enablerepo=centosplus install kernel-module-xfs
Do I need to issue any other commands as well?
The command looks ok. Did you see it installed? Do a :
rpm -qa | grep kernel
to confirm you have it.
