A few years ago, I followed the Postfix/amavisd/spamassassin/ClamAV HOWTO on the Centos Wiki and had two inbound mail gateways set up in next to no time with no pain*.

* Oh, all right - there was some SELinux pain, as always, but a few minutes with audit2allow got the policy tweaked.
