Since it seems there are no Linux drivers for this card, your only hope of getting this thing working is NDISwrapper.
Just had a look and it seems you are in luck! Someone has gotten your card working in CentOS 5.1 (see entry 58): http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/joomla/index.php?/component/option,com_op...
Thank you very much to all that replied. Indeed I was really lucky today, as it worked right out the box with ndiswrapper. Guess who added that #58 entry there ;-)
