Not sure if it'll work (haven't compiled/run it), but I think it's an unpatched ver.

I keep reading that RHEL/CentOS 5 supports blktrace, but I can't seem to find the blktrace/blkparse utilities. Is it that just the functionality is available in the kernel, but the user is left to have to hunt down the latest versions of the utilities on the net?
