I've got 2.5Mbps outbound that sees very little outgoing traffic normally, and 250GB of monthly transfer here at home and only use about up to 40GB or so per month. Whenever a .torrent file is available I'm going to leave utorrent running wide open with the DVD ISOs up to a max of about 200GB for this month.
It'll be interesting to see how the seed:peer ratios hold out over time.
