This is what I added to my grub.conf kernel lines to revert to a console that looks like it did at 5.X
nouveau.modeset=0
This just disables the driver which worked for what I needed...

I have read that I must disable uEFI but have not idea how to do that. Can anyone help? I only use this machine in console mode and I just want the full screen font size that I used to have in 5.x versions.
