Looks like it was originally inadvertently filed as a private bug. That option, of course, is there for things which might actually be sensitive. I see Brian Stinson cleared that when he took ownership of the issue.
Also, WOAH. I just noticed that CentOS Stream bugs are to be filed as _actual versions of RHEL 8 and RHEL 9_. That's amazing.
