That was my initial setup before trying the abbreviations, but anyway:

What happens when you run
mount -t cifs //192.168.1.200/mp3 /home/plex/Musique --verbose \ -o username=plex,password=plex,domain=DERWAEL,ro,auto,vers=3.0
