SIR basically I want 2 say u that when our binary reaches our board (ARM) there are few instructions which I will code in 16 bit and store it in the memory. These instructions are shorthand for 32 bit coading because our board is of 32 bit.When my binaries will get over the board I will pass them through that memory and as soon as they go from that path they will get to know where they have to go like some patch of binary goes to display some will goes to input output pins etc. I am coading in 16 bit because of memory problem in such boards. Generally it have 512mb(raspberry pi) so to have good memory space I will code in 16 bit which are shorthand for 32 bit coading. This 16 bit coading will be expanded to 32 bit. I would be great to have some suggestions especially about the porting of xapi on CentOS Abstract: My project goal is to deliver set of scripts preferrably in bash, along with all necessay packages to convert standared installers ISOs into customized ISOs which install CentOS 6 + xen + libvirt + 2 pv VMs running + network configuration. I also plan to deliver xapi rpms which can be used to build a custom installer ISO to install CentOS 6 + xen + xapi. Respected sir, As per your guidelines I understand that yes that port effort is more easier for our project. It's like extending the branch of linux kern and creating a tunnel like thing from which are binaries will get transported and as soon as they reach to our board they are converted to binaries fir that board by keeping in mind the concept of swaping binaries.Sir I thought fatelf will work for us but you are absolutely correct ,it's like building a new distro.Thank you very much for identifying my mistake and help me to improve my approach Once again again thank you very much sir so nyc of you . Sir for browsers I thought that they will not work more accurately because of the binary disturbances . So I just thought to improve it . I don't know sir wether I am right orr wrong . Respeced sir, This is SHUBHAM MATHUR.Iwant to discuss for my project proposal in GSOC 2015.i just want to add more information about this. Before starting my work i want to discuss with you about the problem that centOS doesn't works on ARM boards like raspberryy pi,intel breakout board etc. So we have to develop “FATelf” patches for centOS and. “FATelf” is a teqnique that is also known as univrsal binary system. this type of tool can help us in installing centOS for various hardware board. we can just upload our rootfs and various updates in it and as soon as it downloads and install and works our projects gets done. But bfor that we have to make partition in our harddisk or sd card on which architecture we are going to booy. *MY DEDLINES FOR THIS PROJECT* *week(1-2)* Study “FATelf” in detail and making a systematic idea of work that how to give shape to my work. *week(2-4)* work on unpacking these files with “FATelf” for this i have to make a tool which converts file system to “FATelf” *week(4-6)* if it works then its fine otherwise more work on it. if it works then try to make a separate branch in kernel which converts that filesystem to “fatELF” the benifit for this is we dont have to take that tool again again for installation purpose. *week(6-8)* Work on kernel branching only otherwise work on tool only. *week(8-11)* Finalising my project and submitting to you NOTE:- I will definetly try to implement plugins for google chrome and firefox for arm boards. thanking you

Respected sir, Basically you want a cross debootstrap (like Debian )for CENTOS which can be stored in any of the sub folder of other OS and we need not have to install it and just access to the CENTOS repository . It can be use to create roofs for different architecture. Please correct me sir if I am wrong. Sent from my iPhone

The root directory generally doesn't contain any files, except perhaps on older systems where the standard boot image for the system, usually called /vmlinuz was kept there. Respected sir , Please forgive me . I was so enthusiastic to work on this project that I just not submitted to standard application template. Sir as per your template guidelines I want to introduce myself first My name is SHUBHAM MATHUR. I am good at ARMv as well as c language.Sir I had worked on boot loader and currently working on multitasking kernel(scheduling algorithm and preemping).sir as you already know that I am very much enthusiastic about this project and want to complete this . Process for finalizing proposals

At this point mentors need to be communicating with students about their proposals via the Melange tool. The goal is to help students get their proposals to be as good as possible. We are not accepting/denying any proposals at this point. Mentors need to rank and finalize the list for slot requests by 13 April, so let's make the deadline for that 10 April. This will include accepting top proposals, ranking them in order of quality, as that will help determine how many student slots we get. Mentors should be watching for how students communicate and respond around the proposals. This is an indication of how well they will fit in working in an open source project. Of course, there is always a lot to learn, and the mentors should be showing the students how to act in an open source project. The mentors need to decide ourselves how we want to do the final ranking of proposals and request for student slots. My thinking here is: 1. Mentors discuss on their private list about the ranking. 2. If we can't come to a clear consensus, then the admins (Jeff & I) can have 1:1 discussions with the mentors. 3. Then admins propose a final ranking to the mentors. 4. Discuss and come to consensus. Lars has suggested that we start with step 2 to avoid conflict of interest in the ranking.
