Hello, http://www.centos.org/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=13 You can add "direct dvd download" in this list for the french mirror at the IN2P3 computing center. The DVD images are sync'ed from another european T1 mirror for now. Can you allow mirror.in2p3.fr to sync from msync-dvd?
