Host 66.249.2.34 has been throwing a "max connections (40) reached" quite often lately. Below are recent times (EST) that I have received the max connections notice. I don't recall receiving this message on any of the other host. Failing Server...

Hello, I have prepared server for mirror of current centos version, please send me URL of your upper Tier server for european region - current servers are loaded and it's very hard to us to keep everything in sync, next day mirroring will be done and you can add it to your public list. If you have automatic redirection system like GeoIP and etc. please automatically forward GE country clients to this server, but, if possible, don't make it public for non-GE countries - our non-local connection speed is limited and foreign countries will not get any advantages with our bandwidth, Thank you! MirrorManager netblock redirection?

Since I don't run a public mirror, I don't sync from the master servers--I use another mirror to sync from. It looks like CentOS is using MirrorManager on the backend to handle mirror lists and automatic mirror redirection. Is there any way I can sign up for a MirrorManager account to create a private mirror entry that redirects clients within my netblock like I do for Fedora? Thanks.

Greetings! I'll be setting up a mirror shortly for Centos-5 on x86 and x86_64 archs. How much disk space should I allocate for this? I'm assuming at least 10GB per arch? Also, I've been unable to find a definitive guide on setting up such a mirror. Could someone be kind enough to point one out? Thank you! --Tim

FYI: lagging msync/msync-dvd mirror in Malaysia (124.217.252.175)

Hi One of our regular and dvd mirror centosa3.centos.org hosted in Malaysia is currently lagging 3.2 days! And the bandwith between this server and our main servers in not enough to have it back in sync for the last 3 days. I can only get 1 char/2-4 sec at the moment by ssh'ing there. I am removing it from the round robin list of msync.centos.org servers but it will take some time and that lagging server is also a pdns server... sorry for the inconvenience.
