Thank you .. I'm that guy you're looking for ;) I just checked and the last update is Jan 17th. Unfortunately we have had no indication til now that there was a problem and apologize. I'm just forcing an update by hand to try and understand why it suddenly stopped. Our update source is msync-dvd.centos.org::CentOS-incdvd which I'm assuming is still ok? Also, I'm seeing a lot of packet loss to msync-dvd.centos.org which is kind of weird.... Would the nexicom mirror admin please take a look at their mirror to see why it's fallen out of date? Size of full CentOS mirror with ISO images and creating a lock file

Hello All, I am currently attempting to establish a mirror, It has so far dl'ed about 130gb. is that the size or is it bigger? also, how do I create a lock file? got the following output from my most recent sync of centos note the following line: 6.4/updates/i386/drpms/.kernel-debug-2.6.32-279.14.1.el6_2.6.32-358.2.1.el6.i686.drpm.Ibq5SU are msync servers not delaying updates to there own rsync's so there is the chance to get temp files like this? Of course if something is actively subscribing "random" addresses, which to my understanding would mean they have a way to circumvent the second step (the acknowledge link), it will shortly fill up with new addresses. If on the other hand it either was a one-time mess- up/hack/error the effects will last (much) longer. This could very well be combined with a requirement that subscribed addresses must be tied to an _active_ mirror. If it is possible to set it up so that unsubscribed mail to the list needs to be moderated it would also solve the "I have a new mirror" problem too, since all mails during the new mirror set-up phase would pass the admins and need not be passed on to the list. First of all I have unsubscribed from this list about a dozen times. I have 11 emails from this list in the last half hour it's stuipd I never signed up for this at all. So create a new list or whatever you have to to becaise I am tired of all of these email and dont go blaming me or saying click tge unsybscribe link because it doesn't work so.
