GEOIP issue for new caledonia mirror

Same issue with extra and updates repos of course. Our BGP AS is 56089 if it can help. So people in new Caledonia should see our mirror in first position, and then AU servers. Is there any way to correct that ? Thanks. Mirror Fixed at UWG

I found that I had an error in my rsync script that was causing me to not sync all the content or the TIME file.
