The University of South Florida had a blip impeding it's ability to be an effective mirror, but those issues should be resolved. We are: University of South Florida Tampa, Florida, US http://www.usf.edu/ You can find the mirror at: ftp://ftp.usf.edu/pub/centos http://ftp.usf.edu/pub/centos Should be available via both IPv4 and IPv6, syncing four times a day.
