Mirror removal

Hello All, I hope this is the right place to send this query. We are currently hosting a centos mirror (mirror.freedomvoice.com), and I need to decommission the server providing this service. I want to get in contact with the right folks before taking this server down to avoid causing anyone any problems. We may be in a position to host this server again very soon, but for now I really need to shut this box off. Could someone point me in the right direction to do this the "right" way?
