URL for signing key for Software Collections SIG

What repo or other URL are the signing key(s) for the Software Collections SIG in? I see the normal keys in the root of the CentOS repos but not the one used by the package centos-release-scl-rh. The repo hardly ever gets updated so I'm http-slurping it somewhere else once in a while, but it's not viable in the long run. Is there any plan to make altarch mirrored more widely (on vault again?), or is there a public list where one could check mirror.centos.org's IPs? Thanks, -- Dominique Martinet

Changing Mirror Host to NGINX
