Server migration

Dear esteemed colleagues, the mirror server on alpha-labs.net is upgrading and consolidating with several other mirror services. This will cause the URL to change from http:://centos.alpha-labs.net/ to http://mirror.alpha-labs.net/centos/ also the IP will change from 84.246.124.43 2a01:1f8:2000::14 to 84.246.124.55 2a01:1f8:2000::55 respectively. Currently both services and up, running and synced. Once the new URL has been propagated the old servers will retire. Nothing else will change. CentOS: Please drop mirror.switch.ch from the list of mirror sites

Hello CentOS The SWITCHmirror service hosted on mirror.switch.ch will be decommissioned soon. Could you please remove the entry for mirror.switch.ch from your list of mirror sites and notify us once accomplished? https://centos.org/download/mirrors/ Thereafter, we will stop the mirroring of this package and drop it from our repository. CentOS mirror

Hi, This isn't live yet since I can't seem to get a full sync from the mirror site at msync.centos.org, but I saw somewhere that we either need to get whitelisted or sync from a sponsor? Just need some guidance. AltArch Considerations

I had been running a mirror in Dallas for a while that eventually fell out of sync and was removed from the mirror list. I was looking at starting the mirror back up and getting it listed again, but I remembered seeing a thread a couple months ago stating that there was a need for more AltArch mirrors. There is already a regular mirror in the same location as mine, but there is no AltArch mirror anywhere close to it. With that in mind, would it make more sense to discontinue the regular mirror and setup the AltArch mirror instead? I know disk space requirements are about the same so I wouldn't mind doing that.
