Hi We have just brought a new complete public mirror of the Centos tree on line. It is available from the following URLs: http://mirror01.th.ifl.net/centos/ ftp://mirror01.th.ifl.net/centos rsync://mirror01.th.ifl.net/centos We are syncing content 4 times a day. The mirror is supplied by: RM Education http://www.rm.com There is an uncotended 1Gig of Bandwidth available to the server. Please could it be added to the public list? Thanks Adam

[Ask] mirror with high bandwidth

Dear All, My name is david, I'm currently working to build CentOS mirror in Indonesia but I've a problem with internet bandwidth from US mirror. Our bandwith to the internet exchange is 50Mbps (dedicated line). As described in 5.6 CR announcement, the CR packages will be removed since 5.7 release, but in fact they were synchronized to http://vault.centos.org/5.6/cr/. Maybe they can be removed to save space on vault server.

DVD mirror

Hello The CentOS mirror <http://mirror.yourwebhoster.eu> http://mirror.yourwebhoster.eu will be migrated to another server. In order to keep the current mirror and the new mirror synced I request access to the dvd servers for the IP 178.21.23.188. The new mirror will be synced with the current mirror and after that the new mirror will start syncing 4 times a day with the dvd mirror. Problems with mirror integrity

Dear, I'm setting up a new public mirror however it fails to rsync from eu-msync or msync.centos.org, the script looks as follows: /usr/bin/rsync -avz --delete --delay-updates rsync://eu-msync.centos.org::CentOS /local-path/to/directory Output: msync.CentOS.org rsync service (centose5) --------------------------------------- This service is intended for the sole use of the CentOS worldwide mirror network to synchronize mirrors. Unless you are running or intending to run a listed public CentOS mirror use a mirror listed at http://www.CentOS.org/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=13 If you intend to populate a mirror for public use please read the notes at :- http://www.CentOS.org/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=15 If you do use this service then it is implied that you are providing a mirror for public use and giving us authority to publicise such mirror. --------- No syncing occurs, other mirrors we've setup are syncing correctly with almost the same script and cronjobs. Access to rsync dvd releases

Hi CentOS Mirror/Admins, We also would like to have access to the dvd releases, so we can rsync them to our mirror server (centos.mirror.triple-it.nl). We have a few questions: - What is the the correct rsync url/path where we can download from? (now we use eu-msync.centos.org::CentOS). - Is there a ip access list? And if so please add our ip addresses (93.187.10.105 and 93.187.10.106) to the access list. - Are we added to the isoredirect page automaticly when we sync the dvd mirrors?
