how to make my mirror shown in the mirror list

I am the mirror's admin at Nanjing university of Posts and Telecommunications,i also announced this mirror -'mirrors.njupt.edu.cn' before, and it shows in the http://mirror-status.centos.org and it looks ok,i can get other machines to update using this mirror automatically in my school before ,but now it doesn't show in the mirror list ,when i use the yum fastest mirror plugin ,is there anyway to correct this problem or is there anyway to better match this mirror in my school .When I registered this mirror in fedora mirror list ,it shows me that you can set some ip blocks that my school uses.

MTU Mirror Downtime

Hi, This is a notice that the mirrors at Michigan Technological University will temporarily go offline at about 10am eastern this morning. Our mirrors are being moved to a different data center on campus which will offer redundant cooling and is backed by additional power generation. We expect that they will return to operation around 4pm today. As a result, our public IP addresses will change. Hi The ipv4 address for mirror.ufs.ac.za changed from 146.182.9.30 to 196.255.240.40. The ipv6 address remained unchanged and is still 2001:4200:5000:fffd::6/64 Kindly update the msync acls to allow the new server to sync. Hi, we are moving our mirror to a new infrastructure, so I'd need to get authorized a new IP address to sync from eu-msync.centos.org.
