Thanks in advance!

Hello Everybody!
I understand that the source rpms for the latest centos releases are on vault.centos.org. For CentOS 7, they are available underneath /centos/7.0.1406/, but also through the symlink at /centos/7/. A similar situation exists for the latest CentOS 5 and CentOS 6 releases with their symlink targets pointing to /centos/5.11/ and /centos/6.5/, respectively.
No, that's not a typo on my part for CentOS 6 - the symlink is definitely currently pointing to the 6.5 release and not to the 6.6 release.
So why are both /centos/6.5/ and /centos/6.6/ present and /centos/6/ pointing to 6.5 ? i.e.: Given that CentOS 6.6 was released on October 28, is this a temporary transitional activity currently in progress on vault, or human error whereby the switchover has been forgotten.
Sincerely yours,
Christian
I can also confirm. My 150mb/second upload-download speed only gives me
about 3mb/second speeds (average) to chia mirrors. Although it's this slow,
it still works; but is indeed faster when using my Beijing VPS.
Hello,
Can someone test this potential bandwith issue?
Thanks
Tru

Subject: [CentOS] Please remove mirrors.skyshe.cn from mirror list,Thanks!
Hi,
This is a (new?) mirror in China, but I found this mirror hasn't
enough bandwidth, I have tested in many server in China, this mirror
has a low ping (smaller than 30ms), and a very low download
speed(smaller than 10KB/s), so fastestmirror will let it to be the
best mirror, but download very slow.
I am really happy to see that skyshe.cn is willing to provide this
service. However, I don't think their bandwidth is enough to handle
this service.
Tom

Hi Fabian,
We use rsync from archive.kernel.org for centos-vault on all LeaseWeb
mirrors.
Kind regards,

Hello,
i enabled IPV6 in all my mirrors, and now i want to know if i have to
submit a whitelist request for my ipv6 addresses or if master server is
ipv4 only.
i see no problems in mirror status list.
thanks.
