Sometimes we get some Japanese mirrors in the list (and those are really fast), but sometimes there is not even a single one. For information China usually has very bad bandwidth to other countries (the case for many Asian countries actually), as such Chinese mirrors are not suitable for hosts located in Japan (and the other way around). Anyway I'm not sure how mirrorlist.centos.org works, but anyway I hope this issue can be solved one way or another. Thanks, Mark

Dear CentOS mirror administrators, I've inherited admin for centos.aol.com, and it appears we've run afoul of the block mentioned below, as we download from msync on a different IP than we serve out from. Per your instructions on this message, I'm responding to this list to request allowance of the following IP addresses... 205.188.84.37 205.188.84.38 ...to rsync using the CentOS module. rsync URL for mirroring centos-vault?

Dear All, Could somebody give me URL for mirroring centos-vault? In the past I used for mirroring centos-vault as upstream source mirrors.kernel.org, but they seemed to drop centos-vault from their mirror. Somehow it never was possible [for me, humble] to mirror centos-vault directly from centos.org... Thanks.
