What could possibly cause this?

I found that I had an error in my rsync script that was causing me to not
sync all the content or the TIME file. I have resolved the issue and http,
https, and rsync mirror URL's should be in better shape now.

create a mirror to our customers(include centos mirror
http://mirrors.aliyun.com/centos/ ).
This mirror has :
1、total 60TB storerage
2、total 10Gb bandwidth
3、10+ servers in three Data Center
Now ,we support get packges via http,and we had add the follow command in
our server’s crontab:
rsync -aqzH --delete msync.centos.org::CentOS /path/to/my/local/mirror/root
and sync from msync.centos.org twice one day
So,we want to join and list in the centos’s public mirror list.
