msync node centosr4 is failing

Hi Guys seeing this failure regularly in my cron scripts, seems to always be the same server: msync.CentOS.org rsync service (centosr4) --------------------------------------- This service is intended for the sole use of the CentOS worldwide mirror network to synchronize mirrors. Just curious to hear what you might be using to track the usage on your mirror? It's been a long time since we looked at it and mostly we run webalizer. I can't say that I am completely happy with it though.
