New mirror

We have set up a second mirror in Esslingen. Everything is the same as with our primary mirror ftp-stud.hs-esslingen.de, except the URLs http://mirror2.hs-esslingen.de/centos/ rsync://mirror2.hs-esslingen.de/centos/ and instead of 10GBit/s our secondary mirror system has only 4 GBit/s. Adrian

I have confirmed that I can reach your site via ipv6 (from the University of Utah). On my mirror, I've been monitoring ipv6 traffic separately from ipv4 for over a year. The graphs say that my ipv6 traffic averages about 3% of my ipv4 volume. The spikes can be just as big as in v4. Hey All, NYU just set up a mirror. Its currently only available over http. URL: http://mirror.es.its.nyu.edu/centos/ Location: New York, NY 10012 USA Syncs: 4 times a day (hours 1,7,13,19 EST) from us-msync.centos.org::CentOS Bandwidth: 1gbps Internet2: yes AS: 12 Notes: Its open to the world, but non-internet2 is capped at 10mbps per stream. NYU's Primary IP blocks are 128.122.0.0/16 and 2607:f600:8002/36 Also, Fedora's Mirror Manager setup is really awesome. I already goggled and found that this has come up in this mailing list and was shot down. But it is really amazing how easy it is to setup a mirror there. Let me know if you need any more information. --George
