French CentOS mirror

Hi. I am curently doing a public CentOS mirror. I am waiting my .fr domain. The mirror will be accessible only by FTP. i am curently doing the first synchronization, the server had 100mb of bandwith, but only 80mb for the mirror, 20mb are reserved for private web site. I will do a cron job four time day, at midnight, at 6:00 am at 12:00am and 6:00pm (At GMT Paris - France) All is good ? there is no mistakes ? if you have advices don't hesitate to contact me. Hello, My mirror (mirror.nsc.liu.se) will be unavailable from 0800 CEST sunday to 1100 CEST monday (yup, t-7 hours and counting...). Hi, I check the public mirror list of CentOS, and I find that the http://ftp.ncnu.edu.tw is removed from the public mirror list? Can anyone explain this?

Hey all, The HOWTO mentioned to email the list whenever you make changes to your mirror including update information. My mirror now updates 4 times daily (hours 0, 6, 12, and 18 -0500). Later! --Graham Frank

(second try) We need to create a local repository of dev.centos.org. Is there an rsync target we can point to to get it? I can see an rsync server on that host, but I can't it to give me a list of modules... Thanks much. Dave Thompson UW-Madison

DVD isos & apache in 32bit CentOS

Hi, is there some official (recomended) way how to handle DVD isos with 32bit (i386) CentOS (4.3). The included apache (2.0.52) does not allow to handle files over 2GB. I see two possibilities: - offer httpd package compiled with large-files support - suggest some light-weight HTTP daemon to redirect request for ISOs on (boa?) + maybe write some howto merlin.fit.vutbr.cz does have DVD isos on disk, but cannot serve them, that's bad... I am going to implement the second approach but want to know if someone had solved this yet before I start.
