CentOS mirror registration

Please note that although we also offer access via HTTPS, due to the fact that we only accept recent TLS versions and ciphers, our HTTPS mirror is not compatible with CentOS 6 and early versions of CentOS 7 due to cipher mismatches. announce : post-CentOS 8 tasks and so slow to react

hi guys, As you're all aware, we released both CentOS 7.7.1908 and 8.0.1905/8-stream at one week of interval. The 8/8-stream release itself took us some time and it still does for artifacts/deliverables that need to be pushed out after GA release (and so tooling in place, etc) For that reason, we'll be slow on working on new mirrors proposals on this list.
