New mirror ip

Hello. I totally forgot to tell you that the IP address has been updated because we shipped the server to the USA. The urls are still the same http: http://mirror.hostup.org/almalinux/ https: https://mirror.hostup.org/almalinux/ rsync: rsync://mirror.hostup.org/almalinux/ but the new ips are as follows: IPv4: 38.81.163.34 IPv6: 2001:550:3402:32::2 The mirror is still active on most of your pages so please just update that ip and also add ipv6 so I can sync it. Thanks

Update IP Addresses and Hostname

Our mirror is being moved to a new host. It was formerly at mirror.shastacoe.net, it is now at centos.mirror.shastacoe.net with new URLs and IPs listed below. No other information has changed. (It is likely out of date, the old server ran out of disk space.)
