mirrors not complete?

I've checked several CentOS mirrors and it seems that the 5.3 SRPMS directories are not complete. i.e. I see no repodata directory under centos/5.3/os/SRPMS and it appears that some SRPMs are missing. Heads-up for public mirror syncing from ap-msync.centos.org

Hello, Our Malaysian mirror centosA3.centos.org (124.217.252.175) hasn't been able to finish the 5.3 sync and is completely outdated as this time. It has been removed from the ap-msync.centos.org round robin list of mirror, but some of you might still be syncing from it. Please check your status and refresh your DNS cache to fetch from a current mirror -either centos.org or any public mirror in the area: http://www.centos.org/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=32 Best regards and thank you for your support. ongoing errors from centos.mirror.nac.net

I am pretty consistently seeing errors on yum retrievals from centos.mirror.nac.net for the last week ... particularly on larger packages. perhaps we need to take it out of rotation for a while? -- Russ herrold

Out of Sync Mirrors??

For almost two weeks my rsync has been flip flopping between downloading and deleting the following directories and sub directories: 4.6/docs/ 4.6/extras/ 4.6/contrib/ 4.6/centosplus/ 4.6/os/x86_64/ 4.6/os/i386/ Viewing historical releases directory structure it appears that these shouldn't be there seeings how 4.7 is now out?? Here are the IP addresses of the servers that I have found to keep populating the 4.6 tree: 208.90.224.30 207.154.201.18 If I run across anymore I will sent them along also. Hi, The vast majority of the posts to this list are only of interest to the centos-mirror administrative team. Any chance of having a centos-mirror-announce list for mirror server admins who are not interested in the new server announcements, but are keen on receiving updates such as the 5.3 release and changes to the recommended mirror script?

ftp.riken.jp upgraded to 10GbE WAN connection
