Hello Parikshit,

Either your mirror is out of sync, or your upstream is by over a month. The date in timestamp.txt is "Wed 31 May 12:24:01 UTC 2023" however if you review up-to-date mirrors (such as AARnet) it should be updating at least every 12 hours.
