Your DNS is misconfigured.
You should NOT use IP Addresses on NS records, but, valid A entries.

this is wrong...
You should add some nsX.centos-br.org and nsY.centos-br.org, pointing to those, and then, add proper NS records.
This won't work the way it is now.
