I'm also in Canada.
The IP addr seems to be OVH Canada, but OVH has really terrible reverse lookups, they drop the TLD, so there's no ovh.net or similar.
I can't currently ping the mirror server (ICMP echo request) but i do get a reply to HTTP, so good enough, i guess.
I'd like the mirror admin to respond to ICMP echo requests, however, it's helpful to users.
