Thanks for your intention to support CentOS Project and become a part of it.
Actually there is different type of CentOS Mirror is available, like
the FULL mirror, Current Release Version & only a part of current
version like i386, 64Bit etc.
I am running a FULL mirror (Without DVD Images) and it take 112GB.
I think it's better to browse the main site http://www.centos.org/
will give you details about your query.
You can also visit this mailing list page on
http://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos-mirror and look for
Archive. There is a lot of information regarding the disk size.
Hope this email will help you to decide what kind of mirror you are
