I have established a mirror, details are as follows:
 
Server address: http://www.deejay-it.net/centos
Location: Newark, New Jersey
Sync schedule: 4 per day, at 12am, 6am, 12pm and 6 pm
Network Connection: 1Gb uplink
Sponsor: http://www.deejay-it.net
 
I will add rsync and ftp to it within the next few weeks.
