So I had a look and we already have a mirror for nus.edu.sg listed on mirror-status.centos.org (and active/current) : mirror.nus.edu.sg. 1134 IN CNAME mirror.comp.nus.edu.sg. mirror.comp.nus.edu.sg. 11884 IN A 137.132.84.194
Can you clarify if the new one will replace the previous one, or maybe those are managed by different departments in the University (that happens quite a lot) and not known internally ? :-)
