After reading, http://www.centos.org/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=30, I thought this list is auto-generated based on http://mirror-status.centos.org/; however, the mirror I referenced before has not been up for 317 days.
So did I. Hmmm. But I can assure you that it won't ever be used in mirrorlists if it isn't reachable.
Will that be fixed? If not, that comment should likely be removed as it is misleading.
