[CentOS-mirror] Sync-error on specific file

We are getting this error-message on every sync: --- rsync: send_files failed to open "/4.8/centosplus/x86_64/RPMS/kernel-largesmp-devel-2.6.9-89.0.20.plus.c4.x86_64.rpm" (in centos): Permission denied (13) rsync error: some files/attrs were not transferred (see previous errors) (code 23) at main.c(1508) [generator=3.0.7] --- I have excluded this file for now. The file is present on ftp.uio.no (which we sync from), but I can not download it from them: ftp://ftp.uio.no/pub/linux/centos/4.8/centosplus/x86_64/RPMS/kernel-largesmp-devel-2.6.9-89.0.20.plus.c4.x86_64.rpm
