I volunteerd a while ago by Ralph to make a weekly list and contact all those sysadmins. But I don't think we discussed this futher.

In an ideal world, we should be able to send email notifications to mirror admins for mirrors that are lagging for more than a few days. Not sure how that is possible with the existing setup ( I am sure there is a way, not sure if its worth effort at this point ).
Maybe a short term goal might be to just post a list of outdated mirrors here to this list, once a day
