aggregate.org at the University of Kentucky is now hosting a full CentOS mirror via http and rsync:

Bandwidth is 50 Mbps, with a limit of 50 connections on rsync.  Mirror is synchronized every 4 hours from msync.centos.org, falling back to mirror.cisp.com and rsync.gtlib.gatech.edu.
