I have just updated my mirror and please check it again.If my mirro can be passed the check then please add it to the mirror list and modify the ACL to authorize it to rsync from msync nodes. Thank you!

I've just checked your mirror but it's not complete.
Can you at least bring it up2date and then inform us when done ?
I'll then add it to the mirror list and I'll also modify the ACL to
authorize it to rsync from msync nodes.
In the meantime, you can sync from other mirror in China : a lot of
current mirrors in China provide also direct rsync access (see
http://centos.org/download/mirrors/)
