Hello, i didnt found any guide about centos mirror creating process. I must sync from any mirror from the list? There is no master server for mirrors?

I think you could do an initial sync from some other external mirror that provides rsync, then switch to syncing from centos.org nodes when your mirror has been verified and approved.
