I don't see such email address as contact info for existing mirror, or are you talking about your subscription to the mirror mailing list ? If so you can unsubscribe with your current email address and then subscribe back with the new one : http://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/centos-mirror (as a reminder, as it appears on all mails sent to the list too)
