the ZW mirror mirror.zol.co.zw is still not appearing in the mirror list for ZW IP's at all - i've previously noted some weirdness with some IP's actually being given US or south american mirrors or even msync nodes locally

i know theres been talk about mirror manager but not heard much about progress - any update on that front as i know the potential to specify your netblocks (and thus force more local users to use your mirror first)
