it sometimes takes Ralph a few days to get things done, so give it a bit longer
as for excluding 2,3 and 4 - this probably is pointless as theres no real content in those folders for normal mirrors (they just contain readme's that point to the vault) its less than 2MB of content in the context of approx 150GB for versions 5.x and 6.x currently
