It seems like our IPv6 is not whitelisted becouse we are geting the following error when we sync from eu-msync.centos.org::CentOS via IPv6. However it work just fine when we run it via IPv4.

Sure, added, and you should be able to rsync using the current IP protocol now. The legacy IPv4 address was left unchanged in the list.
